Developer Offers Sneak Peak Of 7 Luxury Townhomes In Hyde Park

TAMPA, FL — Wolf Partners hosted a groundbreaking March 3 and offered a sneak peak of the West Bay Townhomes, a new luxury townhome development rising in historic Hyde Park.

The West Bay development features seven luxury townhomes at 606 South Blvd. Offering three unique layouts, the homes will each have more than 3,000 square feet of living space, two-car garages and private courtyards.

The three-story steel framed townhomes are a blend of old and new with custom mahogany wood front doors and solid hardwood flooring. The townhomes have smooth "Level 4" gypsum walls and ceilings and custom solid wood cabinetry by Imperial Millworks. The quartz countertops and Thermador stainless steel appliance package make the kitchen a chef's dream.

Wolf Partners uses a precision-built structural steel frame, which is both hurricane and termite resistant. It is a modern touch that adds strength and durability to the home, and spearheaded an innovative approach toward the design and build of their projects, using Ligh Gauge Steel (LGS), also known as cold-formed steel, dramatically reducing the build time and minimizing waste while improving the strength and durability of the development. The unique construction is done with one-of-a-kind machinery, the only one found in the United States.
